Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan and internationally.

• Pakistan: all cities and towns, 4–5 working days after your order is confirmed. Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.
• International: 7–9 working days after your order is confirmed. Charges depend on the destination; contact us for a quote.
• Delivery charge (Pakistan): Rs. 299 per order.
• Cash on delivery: available in Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 8,000.
• Orders above Rs. 8,000: confirmed with an advance payment. We will contact you with payment details, then dispatch.

Packaging. Every piece is wrapped and boxed to protect the finish in transit. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us within 2 working days if anything is damaged (see our refund policy).
