Our pieces

Who makes Alur pieces?

We do. Every vase, planter and bin is made from stainless steel in our own workshop in Pakistan. Alur Decor was previously known as Super Stainless Steel; same workshop, new name.

What are they made of?

201-grade stainless steel, finished in brushed gold (Oro), black (Noir) or polished silver (Argent).

Will they rust?

Stainless steel is rust-resistant, not rust-proof. Kept dry and wiped clean, your piece will keep its finish for years. Water left standing for long periods, or harsh cleaners, can mark the surface over time.

How do I clean them?

Wipe with a soft cloth and a little mild soap, then dry. Avoid bleach, scouring pads and harsh chemical cleaners.

Can I put live plants in the planters?

Yes. For live plants with wet soil, place them in a plastic inner pot or liner first. It keeps the inside of the planter dry and the finish looking new. Faux plants go straight in.

Can I use the vases for fresh flowers?

Yes. Change the water every two days and dry the inside when you empty it. Dried stems and pampas need no care at all.

Orders and delivery

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Across Pakistan in 4 to 5 working days, for Rs. 299 per order. We also ship internationally in 7 to 9 working days; contact us for a quote. See our shipping policy.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, in Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 8,000 are confirmed with an advance payment; we'll contact you with the details before dispatch.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our refund policy.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 working days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Full details are in our refund policy.

Gifts and business orders

Do you have gift sets?

Yes. Our Sets & Gifts collection has matching Duos and Trios, ideal for housewarmings, weddings and Eid.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
